Florist Worksheet
Every bloom, bouquet, and boutonniere — confirmed, documented, and handed off. Because "I assumed they knew" is how you end up with the wrong flowers at the altar.

Personal Flowers
Bridal Bouquet
Bridesmaid Bouquets
Add one row per bouquet style (or per person if styles differ).
Boutonnieres
Add one row per person receiving a boutonniere.
🌸 Coordinator Note
Have all personal flowers delivered to the getting-ready location — not the venue ceremony space.
Bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and flower girl petals all need to be at the prep location before photos begin. If the florist delivers to the venue first, you'll spend 45 minutes running between spaces. Confirm the delivery address in writing, and designate one person (maid of honor or getting-ready coordinator) to sign for everything.
Ceremony Arch / Altar Arrangements
Add one row per ceremony floral arrangement or installation.
Centerpieces
Add one row per centerpiece style (different table types may have different designs).
🌿 Coordinator Note
Confirm which tables get florals and provide a numbered table map to your florist.
Florists can't read your mind about which tables are the "sweetheart table," head table, cocktail rounds, or gift table. A simple numbered diagram — even hand-drawn — saves hours of phone calls day-of. Note which tables get tall arrangements vs. low ones. Tall centerpieces near the dance floor become hazards. Ask.
Other Floral Items
