Vendor Worksheet
Hair & Makeup
Every person, every time slot, every preference — mapped out and handed to your artist. Because the morning of your wedding is not the time to be winging a 9-person getting-ready schedule.
Hair & Makeup Vendor
Including lead artist and any assistants
Logistics
When artists arrive to set up
When the last person is finished
Full address and room/suite number so artists can find it without calling you
Include bride, bridesmaids, mothers, flower girls receiving services
💄 Coordinator Note
The bride always goes second-to-last — not last — and not first.
If the bride goes last, there's no buffer if she runs over. If she goes first, she's sitting in full makeup for 3+ hours. Let one bridesmaid go last as a built-in time buffer. Put the mothers and flower girls first (they're fastest), then bridesmaids in order, then the bride. Write out this order explicitly and send it to your artist before the wedding week.
Full Getting-Ready Schedule
Add one row per person, in the order they'll be serviced. Include hair start/end and makeup start/end times.
Product Preferences & Allergies
List by person if allergies vary across the group
Note if you've already sent photos and what look you discussed
✨ Coordinator Note
Tell your artist about allergies before the wedding week, not day-of.
Artists need time to source alternative products. Telling them morning-of that someone is latex or fragrance sensitive forces improvisation — and improvisation with skincare on someone's wedding day is a gamble. Send this sheet 2 weeks out. Ask for written confirmation that they can accommodate. Keep a printed copy in the getting-ready kit.
